For Applicants:

Applications must be filled out and returned to the office through e-mail, fax, mail, or in person. You may fill this out on the computer or print it out and fill it out by hand. Descriptions of the buildings may be found on the website. Once the application is received by our office, we will perform a credit check and a circuit court check.  A decision will be made regarding the applicant’s eligibility and a letter will mailed to the applicant within 10 business days.

Please be aware that qualified applicants will be placed on the waiting lists for the individual buildings applied for.  We must select applicants for vacancies as they applied chronologically.  The waiting list may move slowly. Once accepted for the waiting list, it may take weeks, months, or even years before the applicant receives housing or assistance, depending on the current length of the building or program’s waiting list.
