Family Homes – Scattered sites

Two, three and four-bedroom homes with one-car garage, basement and driveway. Rent is based on 30% of annual gross adjusted household income. Utilities include water/sewer.  Tenants pay for heat, electricity and trash. Tenants do receive a monthly utility allowance deduction from their rent amount to assist with the cost of utilities. Homes are furnished with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and have central air.  Tenants are to provide their own washer and dryer.
